<p>I'm running the Great North Run for Shift.ms in September.</p> <p>Shift.ms is&nbsp;an amazing online community for young people with multiple sclerosis.</p> <p>On www.shift.ms, MS'ers help each other out, give and get advice, and share experiences. People meet up and make friends who understand what it means to live with this unpredictable condition.</p> <p>I started working for Shift.ms as their only employee in March. OK, so I'm biased, but it's a fantastic organisation run by the community and for it (with a little bit of help from me).</p> <p>Please help me get to my target and help the Shift.ms community!
