Thank you for visiting my site. On 6th July I will be running 10K around the streets of London, setting the pace for Phil and Aaron as they lag behind... i'm hoping to reach the finish line in about 50mins.

CHICKS is a charity which offers free country holidays for kids from disadvantaged backgrounds, giving them a chance to expericence new things in a friendly and supportive environment. Above all it gives them time to be kids.
