9 Costain employees are attempting a 2 day Urban adventure Race - The London Rat Race.

Saturday is 3 hours running around London in the evening completing checkpoints and challenges, then Sunday is Biking - 50 km, runing/walking 5 km, Kayaking - 2 km combined with climbing, abseiling and whatever else they have to throw at us.

It is all to raise money for a local hospice that burnt down in a fire last year.  They provide a valuable service to the community, helping over 300 people.
