My story
Ben de Haan won the National on Corbiere in 1983 and has the distinction of riding the first winner to be trained by a female trainer - Jenny Pitman, who considered him ‘a real horseman’. Ben was once second jockey to the great Fred Winter. His numerous successes include the Royal and Sun Alliance Chase. He now trains in Lambourn.

The Bob Champion Cancer Trust team based within the Trust's laboratories is focused in understanding the detailed molecular basis of the development of prostate cancer. Success of this reserach will ultimately lead to better clinical management of this cancer and to new cancer tests and treatments.
