On 23rd October I’m taking on a full Ironman triathlon in Portugal. Starting with a 2.4mile swim in the Atlantic Ocean, followed by a 112mile bike ride, with a 26.2mile marathon run to finish. 

It’s going to be a long day out for me and I’ve put in a whole load of training over the last six months, so please give as generously as you can and let’s raise a load of money for this excellent charity!
