In honor of our friends Chris and Cheryl, who are working in Indonesia for Medair, We are running the London Duathlon on 9 September 2007, which is comprised of a 5K run, 10K cycle, and another 5K run for Stacy and a 10k run, 20 k cycle and 5k run for Ben..  Medair does some important disaster relief work, and you can see what Chris and Cheryl are doing in their blog. Ben 10k, 20k, 5k :- 2hr 05 min 09 secs
