MEDAIR is a humanitarian aid agency providing emergency relief in countries affected by war or natural disaster. It operates in forgotten crises and in areas that are remote and difficult to access. MEDAIR will often be the first organisation to enter such areas and may be the last to leave.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. In honor of our friends Chris and Cheryl, who are working in Indonesia for Medair, We are running the London Duathlon on 9 September 2007, which is comprised of a 5K run, 10K cycle, and another 5K run for Stacy and a 10k run, 20 k cycle and 5k run for Ben..  Medair does some important disaster relief work, and you can see what Chris and Cheryl are doing in their blog. So please dig deep and sponsor me online.

We made it, here are our times:-
Stacy 5k , 10k, 5k :- 1hr 25 min 13secs
Ben 10k, 20k, 5k :- 2hr 05 min 09 secs
