In honor of our friends Chris and Cheryl, who are working in Indonesia for Medair, We are running the London Duathlon on 9 September 2007, which is comprised of a 5K run, 10K cycle, and another 5K run for Stacy and a 10k run, 20 k cycle and 5k run for Ben.. Medair does some important disaster relief work, and you can see what Chris and Cheryl are doing in their blog. So please dig deep and sponsor me online.
