Alzheimer's Society - Cycle London to Paris · 16 September 2009 ·

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Bonjour!

Later this summer I will be pedalling 480 km from London to Paris to raise some serious cash for the very worthy Alzheimer's Society.

At least one in three of us will end up with some form of dementia. The prospect of alleviating this condition offers such massive hope to improve the quality of life of older (and younger) people and those that care for them.  Read more at http://alzheimers.org.uk

Please please dig deep and sponsor my poor legs! How about a few pence (or pounds) per km? Please also spread the word to those lovely friends and family that I may not have reached. I am paying the full cost of the trip, so 100 % of your donation will go directly to the Alzheimer's Society. Please don't forget to tick the GiftAid if you're a taxpayer, it doesn't cost you any extra.  Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thanks so much,

Ben
