I am going to be doing the Grande Raid Cristalp on the 23rd of August. Billed as quite possibly the hardest one day mountain bike race in the world it should prove to be quite a challenge.

I have decided to try and raise some money for teh Paul Sartori Foundation, see details below. It is a charity that I have had first hand experience of and think it would be great to raise some money for teh good work that they do.
