Jeremiah’s Journey: London to Plymouth on an Exercise BIke
A local charity doing something amazing...
Raising funds and awareness for Jeremiah's Journey - a superb local Plymouth based charity which offers support and information to children and their families when someone has died. The money raised from this challenge will be greatly received and help them maintain the service they offer. Jeremiah’s Journey are made up of a team of parents and carers, experienced in working with bereaved children and their parents. The main part of service provided is a group programme.
So, how will Beneta be raising money for this fantastic charity? Well, her biggest challenge yet - The distance of London to Plymouth on an exercise bike! The expected time for this is around 18 hours, covering approx 221 miles! So the event will happen over two days to allow Beneta to get some beauty sleep. The target is to raise £1000 which will be a huge help to everyone involved with Jeremiah’s Journey. The date has now been confirmed for the 5th - 6th October 2011 and will co-inside with the M&S Fashion Show, Drakes Circus, Plymouth.
