I'm cycling from John O'Groats to Land's End with my friend Robin.  Starting on May 23rd 2009, we will be cycling over 1,000 miles in under a fortnight, unaided. 

Our training efforts have been modest and this is going to hurt a lot!  The best motivation you can give me is to sponsor the endeavour.
