Some of you may have head by now that I am running the Flora London Marathon this year. Its that time of the year again where Im training hard and working to do some serious milage. This year Im going all out on running 26 miles in under 4 hours for the charity Elizabeth Fin Care. If you think Im cabable of achieving this challenge, or just want to help out the charity then please feel free to sponsor me. It doesnt matter how much.

Elizabeth Finn Care is the UK's largest direct grant -giving charity dedicated specifically to helping those in poverty. These people have found themselves in poverty as a result of circumstances out of their control. These include family breakdown, injury, physical or mental illness, and redundancy. Many are also struggling on a low income in retirement.
