Hello all.
I am doing the UK Ironman in Sherborne, Dorset on the 7th of September 2008. For those of you who haven't heard of it then check out the website http://iron.ironmanuk.com/. It is a triathlon involving a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile run.
Admittedly I signed up to this a while before realising how ridiculously hard this event is going to be. Nevertheless I'll do my utmost to complete it so I thought that someone should stand to gain something as a result of this huge panic.
