Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In 2010 we climbed Scar Fell Pike (England's highest peak) and raised over £600 for "Help for Hero's". For 2012 we are aiming to raise £1,000 for The Down's Syndrome Association (DSA) which is an important charity to IT Works. My daughter who will also be the team mascot for this event was born in last year with Downs and the DSA have helped us in many different ways over the last few months.

Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the British Isles and the ultimate challenge for a mountain ascent on home shores. It is located at the western end of the Grampian Mountains in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands, close to the town of Fort William. With a height of 4,409 feet and a prominence to match that it will be no mean feat to conquer.
