The Children and Head Teacher at Cotsford Primary School are dressing up in Billy Elliot Tutu's as a special thanks to Stephen Waley-Cohen, the Victoria Place and Billy Elliot Productions for all their support that has helped sustain The Place2Be services to children in 9 Easington schools. What a fabulous sight it is going to be particularly as I've just heard they have made me a TUTU!!!
