Depression Alliance is the leading UK charity for people with depression. It works to relieve and prevent this treatable condition by providing information, support and understanding to those who are affected by it. It also campaigns to raise awareness amongst the general public about the realities of depression.

Depression Alliance was recently nominated as my work charity of the year, and they have "kindly" asked me to run the London 10K.

It is a really worthwhile and hard working charity and every sinlge penny raised will be put to good use.
