I'm running the Asics 10k through the middle of London on July 6th in an attempt to embarass myself in front of hundreds of thousands of people. I'll probably fall over or collapse after 3 minutes due to cramp but it's for a good cause!  I'm fat, have astmha and aim to run it in under an hour so please, please sponsor me!

I'm runnign for the Astmha, Allergy & Inflammation Research Trust who are based in Southampton and work hard to find cures and preventions for some of the most annoying things in the world! (Asthmha, Hayfever, Allegies to Pets etc etc) so please give generously!
