Following my own brush with a spinal injury back in 2000, I have always wanted to raise money for a charity that would help those who are less fortunate than me and do not have access to the emotional support that I received from my friends and family.

My Brother, Si, and I have decided to attempt the 3-Peaks challenge. We have both done it in the past, but this time we are trying to complete it well within the 24 hours. We have been training hard and are aiming to get close to 20 hours for the total challenge.

We have put in a lot of effort to plan our route, ensure we have adequate supplies and trained to ensure we have the fitness to endure this challenge. All you need to do is sponsor what you can to make our efforts benefit those who need it most.
