A warm welcome from me, Ben Miles, to my JustGiving page. Through this page you can support me on ‘The Ride of My Life’ – a six-week event happening in April 2011, to raise funds and awareness for children in desperate need.

I’m cycling from the Rock of Gibraltar on a journey that takes me through Gibraltar, Spain, France, England, Scotland, Sweden, Finland and finishes in Nordkapp, Norway.

My goal is to complete 200km a day, and my aim is to complete the challenge in less than 6 weeks, which means working to a schedule of 6 days on the road and a day off to rest.

I’m being supported by an amazing team, which consists of family, friends and Slimming World team members, who are all giving their time freely! My parents are paying all expenses so we can ensure that every penny you donate goes directly to our nominated charities. 95% of the funds raised will go to the NSPCC in the UK and 5% will go to Allen Graham Charity 4Kidz in Mallorca where I live.

Every penny donated drives me harder, faster and further in my training for this immense challenge!
