Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I have taken up the chance to help raise some money for Cystic Fibrosis by doing a Skydive.
we will be flying to 14000 feet and free falling at 120 mph for 30 seconds before the person strapped to my back opens the parachute.
I am particularly wanting to raise money because my cousins son Oliver who is also my God Son has Cystic Fibrosis and despite not being too keen on heights at all it would be great to help raise some money for this good cause, so any support you could give would be really appreciated.
Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is the UK's most common life-threatening inherited disease
Cystic Fibrosis affects the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, by clogging them with thick sticky mucus. This makes it hard to breathe and digest food.
Lung transplantation is often necessary as CF worsens.
Average life expectancy is around 31 years, and, although improvements in treatments mean a baby born today could expect to live for longer, there is no cure for CF. Most individuals with cystic fibrosis die young: many in their 20s and 30s from lung failure.
Each week, three young lives are lost to Cystic Fibrosis.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cystic Fibrosis Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
PS, I'm actually petrified of heights!
So please sponsor me now!
