I've created this page to ask for your support for the British Forces Foundation. The deployment of our forces often divides opinion, but most would agree the work of the individuals involved deserves the utmost respect and gratitude.The work of the BFF is invaluable in maintaining morale of  British armed forces serving in the world's most hostile environments risking, and all too often losing, life and limb for a more secure world.

Of course, I'll be doing something in return for your hard earned and well spent donations. I promise to drag myself around all 26.2 miles of the London Marathon (only 20 miles more than I've ever done - how hard can it be?). I'll take recommendations for costumes as well but I'm promising nothing other than crossing the finish line, probably on my hands and knees.

Please dig deep and offer whatever support you can, I'll be eternally grateful to you and you can rest assured that the money you donate will make a massive difference to the lives of those making huge sacrifices in unimaginably difficult circumstances.
