Hi everyone,

After numerous text messages from Garrett about my slothful lifestyle I finally buckled to peer pressure and I thought that it is about time I got off the sofa and did something so I've entered the Berlin Marathon at the end of September.

I am running to raise money for the MS society as it is a cause close to my heart.

I haven't set a target this time (time or money), I just want to go out there and enjoy it. I've got 8 weeks to get myself fit?!?! Judging by the first few runs if I get under 4 hours then I'll be happy. 

...if anyone wants to come training with me then you are more then welcome!!
