My story
1 in 3 deaths in the UK are attributed to heart desease every year. Blimy.
In May 2011 I ran the 26.2 miles of the Edinburgh Marathon in 4 Hours, 33 Minutes and 08 Seconds!
Next I'm running the Virgin London Marathon on 22nd April 2012
I run in memory of uncle Mike, who died of a heart attack in 2010
