Basicly ive decided to run this grueling little half marathon to help raise some much needed dosh for the guys over at Unicef. I have also decided to stop drinking come the 1st of april till after the event! Temp me if you wish!
Now for those of you who dont kno who unicef are and what they do listen up!....Unicef are one of the world's leading charities for children and work in over 150 countries around the world to help bring less fortunate children the support, health care and education they need to survive the threats of childhood proverty.
Unicef doesnt just stop there!, they also strive to protect children from violence, abuse and child labour ( you think your boss makes you work hard! ).
Check out below to find out what your donations could contribute to!
£25 - Could provide 35 pregnant women with HIV tests, one of the 1st steps to making sure there child is born HIV free.
£50 - Could provide water kits for 5 families giving them access to safe drinking water.
£70 - Could buy exercise books for 200 children aswell as provide the whole school with pencils.
So dig deep guys! check down the back of the sofa or wotever every little bit is much appreciated and do your good deed for the day!
It only takes 2 seconds but will make a world of difference to someones life!
