So here we are it's that time of the year again....yep time to don some fancy dress and do a half marathon....

Following the success of the teletubbies we have gone for something way more 2010 this time - yes that's right stars of the moment - Bert and Ernie from Sesame Street!

But it's all for a really good cause, we've been lucky enough to secure places with St Dunstan's, a charity providing crucial assistance to blind ex-Service men and women and their families. They help them to regain their independence and make the most of the opportunities available to them through rehabilitation, training, support and advice.

So please dig deep and give generously!
