We're running 10 km around good ol' London town on Monday, May 25th (bank holiday). No better excuse then to rummage through your change drawer and donate your pennies to charidee.

Contact The Elderly arrange tea parties once a month for elderly folk who live alone and have no family living nearby to visit them. I have been involved with this charity for around six years now and they do a fantastic job so please give generously.
