On the 7th November my wonderful, determined and ferociously brave friend Tracy lost her battle with Bowel Cancer. She leaves behind two gorgeous young children and a loving husband,  and it is completely rubbish that any family has to go through this. Early detection and increased awareness of the symptoms saves lives and saves families.
