We fundraise for Cardiff and Vale hospitals to enhance the care provided by the NHS

Story

In May 2007, the Better Life Appeal was launched to raise funds for the All Wales Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre at Llandough Hospital.

The Centre aims to provide its patients with the best possible care, support, advice and encouragement to meet the needs of each individual and their families who are affected by this life-long disease.

The Better Life Appeal is helping improve current services and create a nicer environment for the patients. Projects are being undertaken to help patients develop both a mental and physical self-confidence, and allow them to feel in control of the decisions that have to be made regarding their treatment and life choices.

Any money donated through this page will be transferred directly to the Better Life fund in Cardiff and Vale UHB's bank account and Gift Aid will be reclaimed if you are a UK taxpayer. Thanks.
