Well Guys

Here we are again . . .12 months later and i have lost my mind and signed up for the BUPA Great Manchester Run again!!! Last year you all helped me to raise over £700 in total for CAMEO-Aid! CAMEO-Aid is a small charity which raises money to provide medical and education equipment to schools and hospitals in Africa. It is now also providing training for a number of individuals to help them gain skills! It is a charity which is close to mine and my family's heart and it would be great if we could give a boost to the funds and support the person who works so, so, so hard to help a lot of people.

Please, please help by sponsoring me to run 10K and help me to beat last years total!
