The Lowe Syndrome Charity is run by parents for medical research for Lowe Syndrome (& Dent's disease) families. Babies are born with multiple symptoms including cataracts in both eyes, failure to thrive, weak muscles and bones, kidney problems, cysts & autism.

Story

Beverley Knight supported the Lowe Syndrome Charity event on Sept 25th to help medical research into Lowe Syndrome children who are born with cataracts, kidney, growth, arthritus and autism disorders.  The charity was founded and is run by a mother and unpaid volunteers, has initiated and funded over $2m of worldwide medical research projects.

TV presenter Jonathan Ross is a patron of the charity  and hosted a charity dinner and auction to raise money with a dinner by by Jean-Christophe Novelli. Also appearing with Beverley are Russell  Watson and Newton Faulkner.
