Bradford Girls' Sixth Form Charity Week · 6 March 2013

Acid violence is a particularly vicious form of premeditated violence, where acid is thrown usually at the face to disfigure, maim and blind, but not to kill. We provide medical expertise and training to 6 partner organisations, raise valuable funds to support survivors and help to change laws.

Story

Bradford Girls' Grammar School Sixth Form this year are raising money for 'Acid Survivors Trust International' as we are aware that acid violence against women is mainly as a result of sexual inequality, which we, as an all girls school, are completely against.
