While reading a friends' Facebook post, I was touched by the story of Shiv, a little boy aged 3 who was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. As no cure is currently available he will eventually lose his battle with the disease.
I'm determined to do my little bit to help the organisations support the sufferers and families of those with this terrible disease, help further the research and hopefully speed the development of a cure.
As a professional singer, I'm hosting a concert on 12th April 2015, to showcase some of the happy devotional songs in Hinduism to create an air of positivity whilst helping to raise funds and awareness.
