Story
Hello, a team of us are performing a charity cycle ride from Talybonton usk (just outside Brecon) to Cardiff on the 10th September as part of the Black Horse Systems Charity Week.
The ride is approximately 45 miles and we are expecting to be in the saddle for aound 4.5 hours, and then unable to walk properly for several days.
Will is also going one step further and is completing the Bristol Half Marathon the following day
