<p>Hello, a team of us are performing a charity cycle ride from Talybonton usk (just outside Brecon) to Cardiff on the 10th September as part of the Black Horse Systems Charity Week.</p> <p>The ride is approximately 45 miles and we are expecting to be in the saddle for aound 4.5 hours, and then unable to walk properly for several days.</p> <p>Will is also going one step further&nbsp;and is completing the Bristol Half Marathon&nbsp;the following day</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
