On the 2nd of November I will be among 50 thousand other runners trying to complete the New York Marathon. Although training is going ok, it will be a massive challenge both physically and mentally. I have decided this year to run for the British Heart Foundation to help support their ongoing crucial work they carryout. In previous years I have managed to raise £2000 for Paris and London marathons but as this is probably my last marathon I am hoping to raise £3000!!.
