<p>Throughout the month of April, supporters of The Sick Children's Trust are hosting Big Chocolate Tea Parties across the world.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Big Chocolate Tea Party is about getting together with friends, family, work colleagues and neighbours over a cuppa and your favourite chocolate treat to help raise money for sick children and their families at their time of need.
