31 Squadron is currently on ops in Afghanistan.  In our free time, of which there is alot, we will be running, cycling, rowing, cross-training and crawling a distance of 31000 miles, with the aim of raising £31,000 for Help for Heroes and tickets for troops.co.uk.

As of 25/09/11 I've managed to cover 911miles.  A big thankyou to all who have supported me so far.   So please dig deep, donate now and help me help 31Sqn to go the distance.
