Welcome to Compton Hospice's Big Shared Christmas Card Appeal
Christmas cards can be an expensive part of Christmas with some packs costing from £5.00 upwards. They can create clutter around the home and workplace and need recycling after the festive season is over.
Instead of buying individual cards for everybody why not wish your friends and colleagues Merry Christmas, by leaving a message here and making a small donation to the work of the hospice.
Please let us know if you would like one of our Big Shared Christmas card posters for your organisation or workplace

The aim of hospice care is to add life to days, even when days cannot be added to life. Hospices are based upon the simple idea that a patient suffering from a terminal illness have their own unique physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Compton Hospice works around the clock to provide high quality care tailored to each individual’s personal needs.
Hospice care not only includes pain relief and symptom control but also ranges from beauty treatments to art and music therapy and entertainment to massage, reflexology and counselling. The care is given free and is available to any patient needing care and comfort in the face of a life threatening illness. In addition, hospices provide enormous support to families and friends caring for the patient and all those around them. Its costs the hospice approximately £5.7 million to provide these services and with only £1.7 million coming from the six Primary Care Trusts it encompasses, we rely heavily on money raised through public donations and appeals such as this one. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity. So please give generously this Christmas, so we can still be helping people next Christmas.
