Story

Welcome to the fundraising page for the Ramshackle Rallies Team Junk in the trunk. (we were the penguins of the Apocalypse in 2008,Jamaican bacon in 2009 and Tommy Tank in 2010)

The team consists of Matt Goodman, Pete  Bardell, Dave Maskey and Rick Aldrige.

Ramshackle is the epitome of absurdity. The willing participants must place their trust in a hundred and fifty quid's worth of scrap metal and set off on an epic banger rally covering a 3000 mile round trip across Europe.

We start in Calais in France before heading south taking in Annecy, Bormio, Innsbruck, Ljubljana and Munich before pointing the Omega for home!

Our weapon of choice is a 1994 Omega 2.0 16v GLS bought on E-bay with no tax, no MOT and a running/starting problem for exactly £150 - Nice!! We dressed this very car as Thomas the tank engine last year but are redecorating this year as an elephant patrol vehicle with an elephant on the roof!
