My story

The only mountain bike event held in the grounds of Balmoral Estate will take place on Sunday 17th June 2012. By taking part in bikeBalmoral you can help us to raise vital funds for CHILDREN 1, supporting Scotland’s vulnerable children and families.

Families, colleagues and friends are invited to race or ride off-road in one of two routes; XC Chalenge or Scenic Cycle. The two separate routes give all levels of mountain bikers the opportunity to race or to ride off-road through the stunning scenery of this beautiful Royal Deeside estate, regardless of age or experience.

This event offers exclusive access to cycle in the grounds of Balmoral, whilst raising money for a fantastic cause. So if you want to ‘get on your bike’, come and join us and test your pedal power in this rarely seen wonderful countryside.

Even if you can't participate on the day, please support our charity by donating here. All money raised goes directly to CHILDREN 1, providing services for vulnerable families, protecting children from harm and neglect, helping them recover from abuse and promoting children's rights and interests.
