<p class="iphone-update">Ten of us rode on our bikes from Holyhead to Cardiff with an age range of 15 years to 55 years. Our youngest rider is also diabetic and had never done anything like this before. She was amazing. This is one of the hardest Sustrans routes in Britain and when we arrived in Cardiff on Sunday (thankyou bikes and legs) we had covered 275 miles with over 5,000 metres of climbing. The ascents were equivalent to climbing Mount Kenya from sea level!</p>
