On the 18th of July we successfully completed our charity cycle ride to The Eiffel Tower in Paris over three days to raise money for the Children with Special Needs Foundation (please see opposite for more details regarding the charity).....It was a fantastic experience and one we will never forget.
Our route took us via Portsmouth and Caen in Brittany and involved around 250 miles of cycling, and over 8,000ft of ascent.....that's nearly 4 x the famous London to Brighton charity cycle ride, so there was one part of our bodies that knew all about the trip!!!
