Here goes. Yes we have taken the plunge, Clive and I, we have now committed to a 515km bike ride for charity.

We now have a lot to do, a few (large) hurdles to clear, firstly our fitness, this in itslef is a major challenge, from practically doing nothing, to getting 515Km fit.

Secondly, between us, a £10,000 minimum target. We know we have amazing Family, Friends and Colleagues, even so, this figure will challenge us above and beyond.

 We intend to blog our experiences both verbally and via video from the day we handed over the deposit to the day we return and post our eternal gratitude to all that have supported us along this gruelling and amazingly rewarding experience.

 We are under no illusions whatsoever that this will be anything other than an amazingly challenging experience, both physically and mentally and at times we will certainly be calling on support from Family, Friends and Colleagues.
