<p>Hello,</p> <p>Thanks for coming to support our Bikram&nbsp;Yoga Challenge!</p> <p>A team of 6 brave individuals are taking on the hot and sweaty task of doing a Bikram Yoga class every day for 30 days all in the name of charity.</p> <p>For everyone one who has never experienced the hot art of Bikram Yoga this is what it intales; a room is heated to 40 degrees celcius with 40% humidity. You then power your way through 26 postures over 90 minutes, finishing the class&nbsp;looking as though you have jumped in a bath fully clothed(but not smelling as fresh!!)
