Hi,

I'm cycling around the world in stages. I've already cycled Land's End to John O'Groats, Coast to Coast across the USA, and through Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.

Last year I cycled across Central Asia (Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgzstan, Tajikistan and across the Tian Shan Mountains into China).

In April 2009 I'm cycling the length of Japan (Nagasaki to Wakkani) about 1,700 miles.

I'll be drinking plenty of water (helped by a portable water purifier) which will hopefully keep me fit and healthy.
