Hi Everyone!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I am helping out with some events to support Tenovus Cancer Charity. 

I was really shocked and sad to find out that 51 women in Wales are diagnosed with breast cancer each week!

So I am running 51k in a week at Lifestyle Fitness Cardiff (1k for each women diagnosed in Wales) 

Please support me in helping to reach my goal, and raise money for Tenovus, Wales' leading cancer charity.
