Hi thank you for taking the time to visit my page.

I'm running the London Marathon again this year, it's my third time and the second year I've run in support of Woking and Sam Beare Hospices. They provide a wonderful standard of palliative care, looking after not only patients themselves but offering support to their families and carers. Their work is invaluable and I am very happy to be able to contribute in a small way.

Training is going well this year with lots of cold winter hours behind me and spring now making things a bit easier. More miles on the roads to look forward to, with a few long days in the Lake District to make things more interesting!

Thank you so much for whatever you are able to give, it will make a big difference.
