On the 3rd of October myself and a bunch of BBC colleagues will be leaving the comfort of our homes and beds and spending a night in the Salford wilderness (probably the windiest place in England) - all in aid of Action for Children.

We hope our frosty endavour will warm your hearts and remind you that many children struggle to find shelter and safety every night - please help us raise some money to their cause.
