This year for my birthday, I would like to express my Gratitude for the life I have by giving something back...So instead of parties and presents, I am opting for some fundraising. I have organised three events (see below) to raise money for Survival International, a charity very close to my heart. For those of you who are to far away to come to these events or can'y make it, you can still be a part of the shenanigans by making a contribution here! I would really appreciate everyone's support.
On Sunday 31 October, from 14.00-16.00, there will be a Medicine Dance/Alchemy in Movement class with Caroline Carey at Brighton Unitarian Church, New Road. If you are on Facebook, check the event out here (and please RSVP)
Saturday 6 November, from 11.00 to 13.00, I will be teaching a Hatha Flow Yoga class at the Brighton Holistic Health Clinic, Beaconsfield Road, more info hereand on Sunday 7 November, from 14.00-16.00 there will be a Rhythm’n Dance (5Rhythms and percussion) class with Sarah Davies and Jamie Morgan, Brighton Unitarian Church, New Road.
(Both Sunday events are followed by tea and cake from 16.00-18.00)

Survival International works for the rights of tribal peoples around the world and helps them to defend their lives, protect their lands and determine their own futures. It does so by giving tribal peoples a platform to make their voices heard, whilst also raising awareness through education, advocacy and campaigning around the key issues that tribal peoples are facing.
