34 races, 3 years - just 1 reason...what next?

...we all know that 34 races in the last 3 years have taken their toll on my long suffering limbs so I am indeed taking a 'gap year' from running - this does not mean that I shall be resting on my laurels, fear not super supporters I shall be trying my hand at plenty of other stuff to keep the fundraising going...
