I'm raising money for First Step by taking part in the YMCA Abseil on September 5th.  First Step is a charity based in Hornchurch which provides support, information and encouragement to families of babies and pre-school children with special needs or disabilities and aims to improve the quality of life for the whole family.

All the money you donate will go towards continuing the work of this very worthwhile charity.
